General Description
The HT75XXH series is a set of three-terminal low
power high voltage regulators implemented in
CMOS technology. They allow input voltages as
high as 40V. They are available with several fixed
output voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS
technology ensures low voltage drop and low
quiescent current. Although designed primarily as
fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be
used with external components to obtain variable
voltages and currents.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The PT6221 is a constant frequency,
6-pin SOT23 current mode step-up converter intended for small, low power
applications. The PT6221 switches at
1MHz and allows the use of tiny, low cost
capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height. Internal soft-start results in small inrush current and extends battery life.
The PT6221 features automatic shifting
to pulse frequency modulation mode at
light loads. The PT6221 includes
under-voltage lockout, current limiting,
and thermal overload protection to prevent damage in the event of an output overload. The PT6221 is available in a
small 6-pin SOT-23 package.
